Refunds will be processed within <strong>5\u20137 business days<\/strong> and credited to the original method of payment used during registration.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-Refundable Services<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All <strong>class bookings made less than 3 days before the class start date<\/strong>, or <strong>no-shows<\/strong>, are <strong>strictly non-refundable and non-deferrable<\/strong>.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Process for Cancellation<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To cancel a class booking, please contact our customer service team by:<br>\ud83d\udce7 <strong>Email:<\/strong> <a>support@dolphinai.com.my<\/a><br>\ud83d\udcde <strong>Phone:<\/strong> +607-665 3483<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Include the student\u2019s name, class date, and booking reference in your cancellation request.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Changes to Reservations<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Requests to reschedule class dates or times will be considered based on availability and must be submitted at least <strong>48 hours<\/strong> before the scheduled class.
