Cancellation Period
Customers may cancel their class registration within 24 hours of making the booking without any penalty.
Cancellation Fees
If a cancellation is made after 24 hours from the time of booking, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total class fee will be charged.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable to cancellations made within the 24-hour grace period from the time of booking. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original method of payment used during registration.
Non-Refundable Services
All class bookings made less than 3 days before the class start date, or no-shows, are strictly non-refundable and non-deferrable.

Include the student’s name, class date, and booking reference in your cancellation request.
Changes to Reservations
Requests to reschedule class dates or times will be considered based on availability and must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled class. Additional fees may apply for changes requested within 48 hours of the class.
